HOME INTERCOM

"HOME INTERCOM?"
It takes the yelling out of your life!

Now you can turn your home phones into a communications
system. With HOME INTERCOM, no matter where you are - in the house, the garage, the barn,
or a home business office - you can reach anyone near an extension phone by dialing your
own home phone number.
When an unexpected visitor stops by or you need something,
it's a great way to find people in the house, without yelling or running from room to
room. And it's ideal for someone who is physically handicapped or confined to bed.

To
use HOME INTERCOM...
- Lift the handset
and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial your own phone
number. A recorded message will tell you that you've dialed your own
number. Once you've heard the recording, place the handset back on the
switchhook.*
- Listen for the
phone to ring. You will hear a ring for your HOME INTERCOM call.
- When someone picks
up one of the extension phones, the ringing will stop.
- When the ringing
stops, pick up your phone. You are now connected to any of the parties
who pick up an extension phone.
- When you hang up
the phone, the HOME INTERCOM feature is disconnected.
* The switchhook is that round, flat or square button the handset pushes
down when you hang up the phone. Your phone is "off the hook" when that button
is up.
