Customize
Your Mailbox
Initial
Requirements: In order to use the voice mail system effectively
and to ensure privacy of your messages, complete the following
three steps after entering the Customize Your Mailbox Menu .
Press  to
Change Your Password.
(The password you are initially assigned is 0000, so you
will want to change it to your unique number.) Your password
is a series of digits known only to you. You will enter this
every time you log into your mailbox. This preserves the
privacy of your messages.
Press  to
Record Your Name.
Your name, recorded by you in your own voice, will be heard
by other users or outside callers as verification that they
have reached the correct mailbox. NOTE: You may choose not
to record your name to assure your privacy.
Press  to
Record Your Personal Greeting.
This is a message, recorded by you, which will be played
to outside callers who attempt to reach you when you are
unavailable.
Press  for
Immediate Message Notification.
For Immediate Message Notification to operate, it must be
turned ON.
Press  to
Review or Change Settings.

Contact NATCO to find out which optional notification features
are available in your system.

- Press
 anywhere
in the system for a list of all options available to
you. When away from home, press to
enter your mailbox number (your phone number) to access
your messages.

- You
may press
 at
any time to cancel an action or to back-up one level.
To exit the system, you may simply hang up.

- It
is not necessary to wait for a prompt to finish playing
before entering your menu choice.

- You
may customize your mailbox at any time. For example,
you may need to change/update your personal greeting
as your travel plans change, or you may want to turn
off Message Notification when you are out of town.
You are always in control, even when you are away.

- To
access NatcoMail from a different phone not equipped
with NatcoMail - dial your access phone number. When
you receive the prompt to enter your mailbox number,
enter your phone number. To access NatcoMail from a
different phone equipped with NatcoMail, press .
