Smith said the directory for 2003 will continue improvements made in the 2002 directory and add new opportunities for online yellow page listings.

“All white page listings are alphabetized together in one section, including the Mountain Home and Harrison numbers. Reverse listings also include all Harrison and Mountain Home numbers. This is a great feature, and one we believe is well received by our customers.”

Type size in all listings is large, Smith said. Phone numbers for government and social services for each county are featured in the introductory Community Pages. As always, the directory’s format is a convenient 6 x 9 inch size.

NATCO’s online yellow page advertising program has three levels, beginning with a free online listing for all those businesses which are listed in the Ozark Regional Telephone Directory.

A second level adds a link to a business Web site and a link to one e-mail address. A third level includes a 25-word description of a company and its services. Up to 15 phone numbers may be added. Businesses which advertise in the Ozark Regional Directory receive the higher levels of listings at half-price.
