Lifeline is designed to make telephone service available to qualifying low-income customers.
Federal and State of Arkansas Lifeline program-eligible low-income or disabled consumers can receive a credit on their monthly telephone bill when they participate in the Lifeline program. The cost reduction may vary depending on each customer's eligibility and applies only to a single telephone line at the qualifying consumer's principal residence.
The Lifeline program makes local voice service available to qualifying low-income customers for only $7.90 per month – before taxes & fees.

To qualify for NATCO’s Lifeline service, a consumer's household income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a household of that size OR a consumer must participate in one of the following programs:

Kirby Davis, Network Services Analyst for NATCO Communications, recently became a Calix Certified Specialist. Davis completed web training and passed examinations as a B6 Active Ethernet Specialist, B6 Copper Access Specialist, and Ethernet Access Network Specialist. The training and certification focused on technical understanding of provisioning and troubleshooting of Calix equipment used for voice, data and video services. NATCO uses this technology in providing customers with such advanced technology as IPTV and Voice over IP Services. Davis has been employed at NATCO since 2001.
