2025-2026 Ozark Regional Directories Now Available, Recycling Underway
NATCO Communications, Inc., a leading provider of fiber broadband and voice services in portions of Marion, Boone, and Baxter Counties in north central Arkansas, announces the release of the 2025-2026 Ozark Regional Directory (ORD). As the longest-running telephone directory published in the Twin Lakes area, the ORD serves as a valuable resource for the community.
The 2025-2026 edition of the ORD celebrates the upcoming 75th anniversary of NATCO. NATCO (Northen Arkansas Telephone Company) has served the telecommunications needs of local businesses and residents since 1951.
In recognition of this milestone, the new ORD features photos and historical information from the company's founding to present day.
In an era increasingly driven by digital technology, NATCO continues to publish a physical directory as part of the company's commitment to serve every member of the community with accessible and convenient contact information.
"NATCO is committed to ensuring every community member has access to reliable communication tools. The annual directory is just one way we can provide those resources to our neighbors," states Steven Sanders, Jr., NATCO President and General Manager.
Households and businesses within NATCO's service area will receive a copy of the 2025-2026 Ozark Regional Directory in the mail. Directories may be picked up at one of NATCO's distribution partners or requested by calling NATCO's main office at 870-453-8800 or toll free at 800.775.6682. ORD distribution locations include:
- Bull Shoals: Chamber of Commerce, James A. Gaston Visitor Center
- Diamond City: Community Center
- Flippin: Arvest Bank, Ozark Realty, Anstaff Bank, NATCO Main Office
- Lead Hill: City Hall
- Omaha: City Hall
- Yellville: Arvest Bank, Davenport Realty
- Harrison: Chamber of Commerce, Visitor's Center
- Mountain Home: Century 21 LeMac Realty, Chamber of Commerce, ERA Doty Real Estate
In coordination with the new ORD release, NATCO is also launching the company's annual recycling program for outdated directories.
"Each old phone book we recycle means less materials added to our local landfills. We encourage everyone to participate in the recycling efforts by dropping outdated directories at one of NATCO's recycling bins," Sanders explained.
Blue bins have been placed at recycling locations throughout the community to collect outdated directories for recycling. NATCO encourages customers and non-customers in Baxter, Boone, and Marion counties to drop off their previous year's phone book at one of the convenient recycling bin locations in their community. NATCO accepts old phone directories for recycling regardless of telephone company or directory publisher.
Recycling bin locations may be found at:
- Bull Shoals: City Hall
- Diamond City: Community Center
- Flippin: Arvest Bank, Flippin City Hall, NATCO Main Office
- Omaha: City Hall
- Yellville: Arvest Bank
- Mountain Home: Arvest Bank Main Branch and Arvest Bank Wal-Mart Branch
Recycling bins will be in place through the end of October.
