2026-2027 Ozark Regional Directory Release and Recycling Program
NATCO announces the upcoming release of the 2026-2027 Ozark Regional Directory (ORD). The new telephone directories will be available throughout the area in September.
The ORD serves as a valuable resource for the community and includes business and residential listings from across the region.
As the longest-running, continuously published telephone directory in the Twin Lakes area, release of the new ORD corresponds with NATCO's 75th anniversary. The locally-owned company has served the telecommunications needs of area residents and businesses since 1951.
In celebration of this historic milestone, this year's directory cover features images spanning from NATCO's beginning to the present day.
NATCO publishes the Ozark Regional Directory as part of the company's commitment to serve every member of the community with accessible and convenient contact information.
"In an era increasingly driven by digital technology, NATCO is committed to ensuring every community member has access to reliable communication tools. The ORD continues to fulfill that need in our community," states Steven Sanders, Jr., NATCO President.
During September, a copy of the 2026-2027 Ozark Regional Directory will be mailed to residences and businesses within NATCO's service area. Additional copies of the directory will be available at NATCO's distribution partners or may be requested by calling NATCO's main office at 870-453-8800 or toll free at 800-775-6682. NATCO encourages customers and non-customers in Baxter, Boone, and Marion counties to drop off their previous year's phone book at one of the convenient recycling bin locations in their community. Blue bins will be placed at recycling locations throughout the region to collect outdated directories. NATCO accepts old phone directories for recycling regardless of the telephone company or directory publisher. NATCO's recycling bins will be in place through the end of October.
NATCO's directory recycling bins will be located at:

- Diamond City: Community Center
- Flippin: Arvest Bank, Flippin City Hall, NATCO Main Office
