NATCO Welcomes Battaglia as Sales Manager
Northern Arkansas Telephone Company, Inc. (NATCO) announces the addition of Frank Battaglia as Sales Manager for the local broadband company headquartered in Flippin, Arkansas.
As NATCO's Sales Manager, Battaglia is responsible for building relationships with customers, community leaders, and local partners to determine technology needs and deliver solutions.
His role includes leading, coaching, and developing NATCO's Customer Care Team, as well as ensuring consistent sales processes and accountability. Additionally, Battaglia collaborates with NATCO operations and leadership to support market expansion efforts in rural and underserved areas.

A native of Oakfield, New York, Battaglia brings more than 15 years' customer service and sales management experience to the role. Battaglia's "lead-from-the-front" sales philosophy has proven effective in his previous positions as general manager and sales manager for a national furniture and appliance retailer.

Battaglia recently relocated from St. Petersburg, Florida to the Flippin area where he resides with his wife on a 20- acre family property. Battaglia enjoys fishing, gardening, and being outdoors in the Ozarks.
