SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Northern Arkansas Telephone Company (NATCO) is looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team. This position has primary responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and securing of major computer equipment and systems which is used to offer services to NATCO and NATCO's customers. Ideal applicants would have experience with installation, maintenance, and security of Windows and Linux systems.

IT System Administrator is responsible for:

Maintenance, configuration and reliable operations of computer systems and servers (virtual and physical)
Full system management to include Installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting of computer software, management of both virtual and physical servers and integration system automation processes.
Troubleshooting for hardware, software and operating systems through diagnostic testing. Documentation associated with the problem and resolution.
Capacity planning, storage planning and database performance management
Detailed documentation of processes, customizations and configuration

Qualified candidates for this position should:

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to promote existing and new services, facilitate brand awareness, engage in community activities within our service area, and coordinate marketing and sales efforts through direct implementation and/or through outsourcing. This role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Some of the regular and reoccurring responsibilities and expectations of the Marketing Coordinator at NATCO may include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in creating, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media and digital advertising, and print marketing.
Planning and organizing marketing analysis, trend forecasting, competitive research, and business analysis.
Providing monthly tracking information, benchmarks, analysis, and recommendations for major products and services that the company offers, as well as summarizing end results compared to projected goals.
Submitting timely reports that reflect the implementation of programs and projects.
Initiating, developing, and recommending marketing strategies for several entities and/or products/services within the company for the purpose of implementing strategic goals and objectives.

Creating and maintaining current demographics and competitive analysis.
Assisting the Director of Customer Care in developing and writing product proposals.

Managing the publication and timely delivery of company newsletters, and facilitating internal news releases, memos, and industry trends/information to the management team and employees.
Coordinating all advertising and sales promotion activities for the purpose of promoting collaboration and coordination of marketing efforts.
Facilitating the design of all advertising, public relations, and informational materials as well as implementing yearly advertising/promotion schedules and budgets as well as individual promotions/campaigns.
Engaging in cross-functional marketing and sales efforts and activities, as well as keeping abreast of customers' expectations and overall customer satisfaction.
Coordinating public relations activities that promote customer loyalty, project a positive company image, and educate the customers on products, policies, and good will of the company.
Researching and analyzing sales and disconnects or terminations to determine customer response to NATCO products and services.
Assisting in the development and coordination of customer surveys.
Performing special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Experience in Telecommunication a plus.
Experience in managing projects and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with a variety of marketing channels and tactics, including digital, print, social media, events, and other media as appropriate.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
Strong knowledge of digital and social media trends.

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

The CCR assists both existing and future customers with service inquiries and services related issues. The assistance includes assistance with billing and account questions, scheduling service trouble and placing orders for changes in services. The CCR is also responsible for promoting services offered by the company in the form of new sales and/or upgrades in services.

Checks the customer service voicemail queue checked daily and return calls in a timely manner to answer calls concerning billing, pricing, product information and service availability;
Sets payment arrangements for customers having trouble making full payments or has a situation that has come up that made them not able to pay;
Educates customer on Lifeline program and complete paperwork; process yearly renewals for existing Lifeline subscribers;
Ensures that each customer or future customer receives prompt and friendly service by providing a willingness to listen to customer needs and solid product knowledge;
Handles customer inquiries and problems in an effective and timely manner;
Acquires and enrolls new customers through the use of consistent sales techniques;
Retains existing customers through the use of proactive customer service / consulting techniques;
Demonstrates adequate product knowledge and possesses ability to troubleshoot service issues for voice and broadband;
Develops relationships with residential clients through contact in person, on the phone, or through written communications;

Maintains confidentiality and security of all customer information.

A vital cog in our operations process, the Plant Assigner and Dispatcher will strategically and meticulously schedule in-field appointments for our technicians and customers. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate plant assignments. We are seeking a savvy coordinator with a knack for cultivating positive customer interactions and the ability to navigate the dynamic day-to-day challenges and demands of the broadband industry.

Some of the regular and reoccurring responsibilities and expectations of a Plant Assigner and Dispatcher at NATCO may include, but not be limited to:

Ensuring proper work assignments to Operations Department Field Technicians, Construction Crews, Network Services, and Internet Support Group on a daily basis
Closely coordinating with Customer Care to ensure scheduling of work aligns with Operations Department manpower and availability
Answering all incoming calls as quickly, professionally and effectively as possible.
Opening RPC Service orders to replace any temporary drops placed with permanent drops
Ensuring that all service orders, work orders, and trouble tickets are properly closed out by the respective assigned technicians in a timely manner
Ensuring that serialized and unserialized materials are properly documented with each service and or work order
Ensuring all locate requests have been submit to prevent delays in installations, as well as accurately engineering and assigning locations for all new service order activity and moves.
Assigning plant cable pairs in new cable and fiber strands in new cable or new locations.
Operating CAD/GIS systems, utilizing Mapcom, Adtran, assigning in NISC and Calix.
Ensuring that the installer/repair person has accurate physical descriptions before being dispatched into the field including correct cable information; answering questions on outside plant assignments for the installer/repair personnel and outside contractors.
Updating and maintaining the plant record system with total accuracy;
Processing input, drafting and facilities database;
Verifying data of PIC changes, changes in class of service and location, number changes, and CO based customer services in the CS15 softswitch.
Producing reports as requested by the management on a regular basis for reporting purposes to the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
Opening work orders for new construction and assigning the associated work order numbers for those builds; compiling and verifying final plant information to submit to Accounting department at the close of a project.

Qualifications and desired skills or experiences include:

Previous experience as a dispatcher, especially in telephony, is preferred;
GIS/CAD experience;
Ability to read maps/blueprints;
Extremely accurate data entry skills;
Demonstrated organizational skills for organizing Engineering records;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Demonstrated analytical reasoning ability;
Effective and professional communication with customers;
A high school diploma or GED;
Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift to 50 lbs., and drive a vehicle.
