Installation and Repair Technician
NATCO is seeking highly motivated individuals for Installation and Repair positions. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining and the repair and troubleshooting of both aerial and buried telecommunications equipment within NATCO's service area.
Additional Responsibilities and Skills: Installing aerial boots; Splicing new/existing cable (copper or fiber); Installation and repair of digital carrier systems; Thorough knowledge of electronics; Understanding of digital and analog telecommunications technology; Knowledge of color codes of pairs and fiber cable; Experience with ADSL and Ethernet services; Strong computer skills; Ability to read cross connect/control point layout to run jumpers; Strong troubleshooting skills
NATCO is seeking highly motivated individuals for our System Administrator position. This position has primary responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and securing of major IT equipment and systems which is used to offer services to NATCO and NATCO's customers. Ideal applicants would have experience with installation, maintenance, and security of Windows and Linux systems in a physical and virtual (VMWare) environment; maintenance, configuration and reliable operations of computer systems and servers; troubleshooting for hardware, software and operating systems through diagnostic testing; capacity planning, storage planning and database performance management and detailed documentation of processes, customizations and configuration.
