Equal Access

Equal access is a service that allows you to use the long distance company of your choice with ease of (1 +) dialing.

Equal access is available to all NATCO customers. Not all long distance companies will choose to provide this service to our area.

Customers have one free initial choice of a preferred long distance carrier company. After customers have made their choice, there will be a charge for each subsequent change made in long distance carriers.

Please advise a NATCO customer service representative at 453-8800 in Flippin, or (outside of Flippin) 1-800-775-6682 when you change long distance carriers.

Calls to Answering Machines

Long distance charges apply. Charging begins when the called telephone is answered, in person or by an automatic answering machine.

Conference Calls

You can talk with several people in different places at the same time. Inquire about NATCO's Conference Bridge or sign up for NATCO's Three-Way Calling feature.

Toll Free (Inward WATS)

Station-to-station long distance calls may be made toll free to those customers who have Wide Area Telecommunications Service (WATS). They offer this service to their customers calling from specific locations. Dial 1 plus 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, or 844 plus the special numbers of customers having this service.
