Many of NATCO's business customers choose the convenience of Centrex service. Centrex has all the latest dialing and intercom features for a two-line or multi-line business. However, unlike traditional business phone systems (PBX), Centrex does not require the business to maintain the equipment on site. All adaptations are made through the NATCO central office.
With NATCO Centrex service, there's no extra, expensive equipment for you to purchase and maintain. You purchase only the telephones – which can be standard, inexpensive touch-tone desk or wall phones. All maintenance is performed by NATCO service specialists at our office, not yours.
